Pakistanis living in Karachi, which has been inflicted with a scorching heatwave, are struggling in the holy Islamic fasting month of Ramadan. Slum dwellers say they have no proper access to water or electricity. A welfare foundation head says the slum dwellers are suffering the most from the heatwave.
