Motorcyclist wearing 'helmet on arm' seriously injured after car crash in Turkey

A motorcycle driver, who was cruising on the opposite side of the road, collided with a car turning at an intersection flew off his bike and slammed onto the concrete in Turkey's metropolitan city of Istanbul. The rider, who was wearing his helmet on his arm instead of his head, suffered serious injuries.
