Mesmerizing rare optical phenomenon spotted in southern Turkey

Locals grabbed their smart phones to capture a rare and dazzling natural phenomenon, widely known as fire rainbows, that occured in Turkey's southern province of Osmaniye. The official term used to describe the phenomenon is 'circumhorizontal arc' that occurs when the sun is higher than 58° above the horizon.
