A 27-year-old man was tased by police while sitting down on a sidewalk, sparking outcry and concern over the growing use of force by law enforcement in the U.S. Sean Williams was tased by police after being ordered to sit down on the curb, and told to have his legs straight out in front of him as a "measure of control", according to Lancaster police.
