The giant ceremonial hall (Muayede) of Dolmabahçe Palace, which was built on a 2,000-square meter area during the Ottoman period, attracts swarms of visitors in all its glory. Ottoman Sultans hosted their guests at this hall when they celebrated holy holidays such as Eid.
