Irresponsible Russian dad lets his 2-year-old son drive car

Footage shows a two-year-old toddler sitting in his father's lap and holding on to the steering wheel as he tries to drive the car. Criminal proceedings were reportedly initiated against the irresponsible father after the incident for violating traffic regulations.
