Iraqi girl continues ballet on street as classes cancelled due to coronavirus

A little girl on the streets of Iraqi capital Baghdad is continuing her ballet practices on her own as the classes were cancelled to prevent the spread of the deadly coronavirus. The six-year-old Leyan Karam dances in her pink dress also wearing a face mask and gloves as a precaution against the virus. 'Now, I have no classes but I do ballet at home or on the streets, because I love it,' she says. Her country shut down schools and universities last week for at least 10 days and banned travel to virus-hit provinces.
