This is the story of Selim, 12, who is from Chittagong but lives in Kamalapur station. His mother works overseas. Apart from the clothes he is wearing, Selim has no possessions. According to UNICEF, millions of children worldwide live on the streets. The number of children in Bangladesh is over 64 million, and hundreds of thousands of them are homeless. These children lack access to staple food, education, health care and many basic living necessities. They spend their nights in fear as they sleep on the streets, because great dangers are always lurking around the corner.
