Horrifying: Over 65 dogs with removed vocal cords found in basement in Turkish capital

A total of 68 dogs of different breeds, 23 of them puppies, were taken into treatment after being found in cages in a basement of a building under dire conditions. It was discovered that some of the dogs' vocal cords were removed in a likely attempt to stop them from barking. (Courtesy: DHA)
