Heavy flooding hits Bolivia’s La Paz

Heavy rains continued to flood rivers and towns in an already inundated Bolivia on Thursday. The town of Guanay north of the capital, La Paz, was flooded after rivers in the area rose rapidly, leaving local residents little time to rescue their possessions.
