Cop refuses to interfere after angry Pitbull attacks car

A U.S. police officer refused to shoot an angry Pitbull who violently attacked a car despite the repeated pleas of its owner. The canine can be seen in the footage as it attempts to rip off the car's bumper with the officer saying he can't interfere since the dog is not being aggressive toward humans.
