Shocking footage show the brutal moments a driver backs over to park, not realizing that a poor child had tripped and fell under the front tire. The driver ran over the child twice before noticing something was amiss when the child's mother ran toward him screaming. Wasting no time, the mother then picks up the child and gets in the same car to rush him to the hospital.
