The Sultan Bayezid II Complex, located in Turkey's northwestern Edirne, is a remarkable health museum that consists of a central plan that enabled doctors to easily reach their patients, and an acoustic system that supported treatment using music and the sound of water. Modern treatment methods were also used in the hospital unit of the complex. In order to nurture the holistic medicine understanding, other units encompassing social, cultural, religious and financial aspects were also included in the complex's design.
