Puppy power: Municipality rescues 63 freezing dogs in Turkey

Erzurum Metropolitan Municipality teams rescued 63 puppies that were on the verge of freezing to death after they received a tip-off from a Good Samaritan in one of the country’s coldest provinces. Teams collected the canines and delivered them to an animal shelter where they were fed and treated.
