Endangered Francois' leaf monkeys inhabited in the Mayang River National Nature Reserve, southwest China's Guizhou Province, have given birth to three baby monkeys since March. Francois' leaf monkeys, identified as an endangered species by the International Union for Conservation of Nature in 2008, are under first-class state protection in China. The species is distributed from southwest China's Giuzhou Province and Chongqing Municipality and south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to northeastern Vietnam.
