Despite Assad bombings, defiant children, teachers continue education

Education has not been halted at a school located in the Han al-Asal village located in Syria's Aleppo that was nearly annihilated by missile strikes of the Assad regime. There are 150 students and teachers who are keeping the light of education alive. “We opened the doors of our school to teach our students despite the destruction caused by the missile strike launched by the Assad regime,” Shami Salim, the principal of the school, said.
